Chairs of Relationship 善變儂儂椅

This is the work for the course of The Design of Entertainment Engineering Art. The work was to describe different relationships between two people which we took chairs to represent. The relationship is told from the distance and the angle between them. When moving chairs, we played different songs to show how the relationship is changing. On the technique side, we used the wii remote control. The wii remote can sense 4 infrared lights. (We thought there's no limit for the infrared light, so we had to cut down the situations.) The 4 infrared lights were installed on the two chairs, two lights for each chair. After some mathematical calculations, we decided which song to play. That's what the work is about. There's no much visual present. Maybe we could do some visual present and project it on the ground.
The wii remote library for pc doesn't support the size of the lights. From the Playground workshop, Tobias showed me that the DarwinRemote support more for Mac. Maybe we can do more with Mac. And I think we could do more variables for the music. (After the workshop, I have more interesting in doing the sound.)
This is the first time for me to do the technological art. (Althought it doesn't look art, ha) It's fun!
